  • How does it work?
    Glad you asked! 😉 Dream Care has set up OUR OWN local testing lab. What that means is that we can collect and process your blood sample very quickly and at the time and place that is most convenient for you!
  • How do I get the results?
    Results will be supplied to the patient digitally by email or other form of electronic communication. You can request the results be sent to your doctor as well, if you provide their information.
  • Do I need a "Hafnaya" (Doctors order) to do a blood test?
    No. Although it is recommended that your doctor advise you on which tests you need and to follow up with for the results
  • Who interprets the results?
    The results are provided to you, and it is solely your responsibility to bring them to your doctor for explanation. Dream Care and/or Labriut do not provide consultation regarding the results. Note: if there is a significant result, we will do our best to contact you by phone to let you know and make sure you take care of it asap)
  • How long does it take to get results?
    Most tests take about 3 hours to process. You will receive the results digitally as soon as they are available.
  • How long will the blood test itself take?
    About 15 minutes
  • Can you take blood tests from children?
    Yes! Our staff is well trained and we will do our best to treat your child in a calm, patient manner.
  • Can you take blood from infants?
    We currently can take CBCs for infants and even newborns! All that is needed is a small prick and a few drops of blood. Our team will be happy to assist drawing the blood sample from your baby in a safe and effective manner.
  • How much does it cost?
    Pricing is specified in the lab request form, each test has its own price. These are prices for on-site testing. Additional surcharge will be needed for home visit depending on the clients location and distance from our lab (Ramat Beit Shemesh) You can see the details here:
  • Can I pay with credit card? BIT? Etc
    Yes! We accept all major forms of payment including credit cards (foreign cards have an additional 3.5% surcharge) BIT, Apple Pay, G-Pay etc
  • Do I need to pay in advance?
    No. We may ask you to put your credit card information for booking online but won't process it according to our general T&Cs that you can view here:
  • Can you come to my house?
    Absolutely! House calls within Beit Shemesh have an additional 200 shekel surcharge + the cost of the tests requested.
  • Can you come in the evening? On Friday?
    Yes! We strive to be as convenient and available as possible. Depending on staff availability.
  • How soon can you come when I request a home visit?
    Depends on staff availability, usually within 3 hours or less
  • Do you have walk-in hours?

  • Who will be taking my blood?
    Professional and licensed Registered Nurses/ Phlebotomists
  • Who certifies you?
    All devices and processes are using Misrad Habriyut approved equipment and processes. Certificates available upon request.
  • Can I request a specific person to take my blood?
